Meal planning not for you? Me neither. You end up eating the same thing three times by wednesday.

Meal sudoku, food sudoku, whatever you want to call it: mealdoku gives you nine ingredients instead — three proteins, three carbs, three vegetables, arranged so every row and every column is a dinner. That's six dinners out of nine ingredients with nothing left wilting in the drawer.

What you actually cook is up to you. The same chicken, rice and broccoli is a stir-fry on tuesday and something with far too much garlic on thursday. Bring your own oil, spices and whatever's already in the pantry.
